Is there gunna be a beta for RSVP ??? just wondering bc RSV2 was beast it needed a lil more of a community for pvp but over all i thaught it was awesome...:)

We are all eagerly waiting for an announcement....especially after Sears being removed. Still hoping for the best though.

I would love a beta, but I want a beta, not a demo, meaning at least 6 months early, so the developer can take all the feedback we give and really change things, and improve the game, as much as GRFS beta is doing great, and the devs are fixing alot of issues, nothing drastic is going to change I think.

Also an early beta will attract alot of attention, and make the forum much more alive IMO

Last thing as Dieinthedark said, we are really waiting to see R6P now, especially with Sears removed, what changes followed that ?!, I hope nothing.

I sure hope so. The multiplayer of a shooter is the biggest part of it and, in my opinion, every shooter should have one.


They better also keep all of the concepts that Sears introduced. ****it Ubi, there are other fans of your franchises than just the AC fans!

Don't get me started on that, I think every Series that Ubi got can handle spin offs, Splinter Cell for example, I would love a Voron Spin off putting me in the shoes of a Russian Agent, yet it seems the biggest selling series for Ubi is Assassin's Creed, so it's sales support spin offs and yearly games, at least I hope Ubi cycle Tom Clancy games yearly, like a tom clancy game every year, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, and so on.

Yep i've spoken about such before. Specifically that the "pillar" games are getting ignored because the fanbase of AC is so huge. Sure, its a great game but Ubi seems to be neglecting the franchises that got them where they are now. And yes i REALLY hope they haven't changed a lot from Sear's vision because as much as the old-school guys will complain about the new design, he had a vision, and he had passion, he believed in what he wanted to bring. And that's what ubi needs. Look at both SCC and GRFS. They both turned out wishy washy because of changes in direction over time. Sears didn't strike me as that type of guy, and that's a good thing!

Patriots isn't getting ignored, but it is a while off yet. I'm sure more information will come soon.

That's the only thing I am really afraid of, with how SCC and GRFS changed vision and look, I fear R6P may change too, I spent alot of time opening up to the new GRFS (which looks cool after I have seen enough of it) but I don't want R6P to suffer the same.

Rainbow Six Patriots won't be released until next year, so there probably won't be a beta for a while if there is one. Please keep checking these forums for announcements.

Thanks for the link, I couldn't bring my self to even click on the Future Soldier forum, as the games very existence insults me to the core, but I just went on ahead and commented anyway for the hell of it. I'll cut Ubi Soft some slack for now and say that if the game wasn't disconnecting them from the beta match every five minutes then maybe they can get something done and actually fix the bugs, as I said on that thread.

I don't know who HBIFM is, but this isn't an official statement from Ubisoft and shouldn't be taken as factual. There will be OFFICIAL announcements regarding a beta on this forum when the time comes for one.

I know im not talking normally and maybe im not in the good thread,but I really wanna know for the beta I want to know if the gameplay we all love will be changed once and for all or gonna be improved, if rank will unlock new equipements because I think the game needs a bit more. and if there gonna be melee style combat not like the random knife of Cod that can pass through an military vest but maybe some assasination if the dude dont spotte me, the capacity to use night Vision or thermal vision. Last thing thats me but please make the game (realistic and fun) not like cod with campers,backstab,randome bullet that pass through metal, spawn kill..........By the way this is for the multiplayer aspect I dont think i have to give feedback for the campaigns because you guys already rock for this ;)

please apologize for my bad english because im from montreal and im french but I really like RS games so I tryed to wrote something that may help.
