Possible Delay in Release....

I just happen ta catch a news article that was dated yesterday (4-19) that AC3 could very well be delayed indefinately due to a lawsuit from an author claiming copyright infrigment, Is there any validity to this news report or is it falsified, as I've pre-ordered it would like to have an idea as ta what is goin on.Thanks in advanceRogue Agent 035
