how to earn pills

I apologize in advance if this is a goofy question, but how on earth do you earn pills? I've had the toughest time with this. I'm up to level 8, have even upgraded most of my meds to 2 or 3, but I still don't have pills to prescribe to the poor patients that have been waiting for over a week :confused: THanks in advance, Lena

click on the table and give you an option and you have to choose what type you want ...you need pay ingame cash for them ...pretty easy really
