Requirements - Will my computer work?

Recently i've tried playing Ghost Recon: Online however i am getting extreme lag and a really bad fps.. I have set the quality to low which improved it slightly but there is still this jumping/glitchy play to the game affecting my overall play.

I have checked the system requirements and my computer meets them perfectly... Or so it says on the website in which i compared themm..

My P.C:

Processor: Intel (R) Pentium (R) D CPU 2.66GHZ (2CPU's) ~ 2.7GHZ

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800GTS (Approx 1064mb)

RAM: 2GB (Two '1'GB Cards) DDR2

EDIT: Could it have been a bad internet connection? I just found out the people in my house were hammering the connection...

The game is not optimized all of the available PC configurations out there... That may be part of your issue along with everyone at your house using your internet connection.
