I am wondering what could be done to make getting money easier...right now I have little money...little to no DRUGS to treat...and no way to make money...something needs to be done about easier access to making money or making the drugs cheaper...but like most games it seems the point of creating games like this is to force people to spend real money if they really want to get anywhere...

So I guess my question is: If I don't have any drugs to treat with...how do I make money?

You will need to treat the patients waiting in the room across from where you are solving an active case. Successfully treating their ailments will get cash so you can make more medicine. :)
