The installer keeps getting stuck on 99% or 94%... Help?

I'm having the same issue D: I'm stuck on 95%. I've restarted the thing like 10 times and I've also restarted my computer and nothing is helping.

Same problem here. Tryed to reinstall aswell. now stuck at 0% :-(. The launche just cancels the connection after few seconds. Maybe it has t do something with ports. Did you change places/networks before the problem occured?

Think i found the problem... it might be that a certain port got blocked that GRO needs for updating. The status window of the launcher gave me the following error report:
