Splinter Cell Conviction from Marketplace?

I own Convinction on the pc, but not on the Xbox. I'm willing to purchase the game on the Xbox marketplace and download it to my xbox, but will I get access to the GR: FS BETA or does it have to be the disc version?

Buy it off amazon for £6 or preorder it and get a code (not sure what the select retailers are though)

Yes you will get in the beta this way. I asked this question couple days ago since that's how i bought Splinter Cell after it was released. You'll get in through the main menu.
