Can I edit Config setting file in game folder?

Can I edit the Graphic Setting config file in Ubisoft\GRO\PDC-Live game folder?

Not really, I know that because I tried changing some of the stuff to try and get better performance but when launching the game it'll just give you an error box and you won't be able to play. Only thing I was able to change was the resoultion.
