i have a beta key but when i followed the instructions to enter it, i was put into beta que, how do i enter my key?

click the link in the email it tells you where to enter it. My problem is, its saying my key was already used or invalid... :(

I have same issue I sent in a ticket and no response yet. Anyone else get a response? Maybe we have to wait til the servers are online at 6 est

I got a beta code through email from Ubi, i followed the instructions, but there is no link where to redeem the key!

Assuming you're in the US go here (http://static2.cdn.ubi.com/gametoweb/ghostrecononline/maintenance-us.html) and click apply for beta (sign up if you need to) login and it should ask if you have a key.
Redeem it and start downloading :D

Why would i apply for the beta if i already have a key?

Well now the site is down, so you can't even try...
When it's back up read below it, you can redeem your key.

A large number of players recently received keys in the wrong format. If you just got your key in the last few days and your key DOES NOT begin with GRN- then you will be receiving a new key soon :)
If you have a GRN- key then please contact our support team using the link in my signature.

Ive received a key for the beta but when i go on it says im still in the que, suggestions?

Hi dannyscreamer, make sure that you clear your cookies and cache from your browser, you might even want to try a different browser. Also, if you go to the GRO page and you are already logged in, log out and then back in. Yous hould then have no further problems redeeming your beta key :)
