Bad FPS high end pc

im currently running
AMD 8 core 3.1ghz
6gb ram
Radeon 6670 hd
all good stuff but just this game gives me bad fps, wow, swtor, bf3, mw3 all run perfectly smooth...and yest I have the quality on low and im getting like 15-25ish fps

How much dedicated memory does your card have? You need at least 512 MB to run GRO smoothly. Otherwise, I would check to make sure you have the latest updated drivers.
