After playing a couple games, I've got to say,
THIS GAME IS AMAZING.

This game reminds me of Battlefield Play4free (i was in closed beta for that too) in the way that game play felt unique and fluid. This game also plays a lot like Rainbow 6 Vegas.

PROS:
-Cover system and spotting system makes tactical play important. Running into open will lead to death
-Reasonable health re-gen, slow enough so that your health wont re-gen in middle of a fight trying to exchange fire.
-Sense of team: team based abilities, as well as augmented reality makes it feel like a team game. Also liked this from Battlefield. This seems to be the only free-to-play out there other than BF that incorporates teamwork in this level (with the possible exception of TF2)
-The visuals for this game look really nice. Good shaders, and good HUD

SUGGESTIONS:
-The red dots look huge and blurred. I have a Aimpoint Comp M2 in real life and the dot is much smaller
-I hated UBISOFT in the past for this a lot. Why dosen't UBISOFT optimise their games before releasing it? It has no compability with mobile cards, just like GRAW, R6V and other ghost recon games. This makes the game almost unplayable, i only get 20~ fps average, but in BF3 i get 40~fps.
-The sounds could be a little sharper. They sound too dull, lacks bass the crackle. To see how it should be, see BF3's gun sounds
-This game should add a system similar to the COMME-ROSE found in battlefield games. I know GRAW used this to give commands to AI, in GHO it should just have a audio cue
-Shotguns need to be less effective. Sure, it is realistic but it dosen't fit with the other weapons.

And thats about it. Great game, I will probably be playing it for months to come.

Great feedback, it's awesome to hear you're liking it :)

I used to think the shotguns were OP, too. Then I realized, it's just the pentagun that needs work. To prove this to myself, I played all day today with my LMG instead of my benelli. The results? I almost doubled my KDR. In EVERY match I played. I also had no problem eliminating enemy shotguns.

Just to be real mean, tomorrow, I'm buying the ns2000. Slow RoF, but 288 damage:p
