I guess you didn't enter the beta key yet into your account. I tried to check where to add the beta key a few times, but it was kinda buggy. If that's the problem, I could tell you how I did it...

Well, I dunno if this will still work, since the website was bugged when I did this...

When you log in, on the top right corner where it says your username "Pachekox". Go over it and click on "Edit", it will then ask you for your password again. Go to the top right corner and log in again. You should see the area to enter the beta key in there, if the website's bug didn't change.

Unfortunately, the NCSA beta is currently region-locked to Canada and the United States, so players in South America will not be able to access the game or enter a beta key at this time. I do apologize for the frustration.

What you want do is, go back to your email. IN your email, there should be a yellow ****on above the BETA keys, saying Play Now! or something like that. Click that. THat will bring you to your Beta Key REdemption page. Enter your Beta key, and through a few more steps, you will be able to install Ghost Recon ONline
