I was in the middle of a match when I loss connection to the game and was booted back to main login page. Upon entering my information to re-login I recieved this error:
(Facility:RendezVous, ErrorCode:ConcurrentloginDenied) = 0x80030069

Is there anything I can do or is this on ubisofts end.

According to what I am reading its UBI right at the moment you just have to be patient as I have been trying for the past almost 2 hours to get on with the same error.
