So i wanted to ask if is going to be dedicated servers like NA servers and EU servers because of the lag, and when is this game on OB ^^

As Jace said, open beta hasn't been announced.

And as far as I know, the game is part dedicated server, part P2P. Exactly which parts are the P2P parts and which parts are the dedicated part I have not yet figured out. I would assume that Ubisoft hopes to move the game to 100% dedicated servers, but that probably depends on how well the game ends up doing.

Anyway, the NA servers for the closed beta are located in North Carolina as far as I know. Not sure where the Europe servers are, perhaps in France?

France would be a good guess. I believe the in-game profanity filter censors a couple French profanities. Also, Ubisoft IS a French company, headquartered in Rennes, France.
