Internet connection lost to the game

Im stuck in the tutorail since everytime i plya at one point its telling me the internet connection to the game have been lost please refresh to continue playing...and everytime i have to refresh i have to restart from the beginning :(

You may want to try restarting you internet router. This may clear up issues if it is related to your ISP (service provider).

You may also want to try the following...

It seems that if you play mini games, especially the Blood Work Lab, in full screen, it behaves a little better. Visit Adobe Flash's website to make sure your player and plug in's are up to date. If you use Firefox, you can type the following in your browser... about : plug ins, then click the option for "are my plug ins up to date", to automatically make sure you have the newest ones. If your browser gives you trouble with animations on other games or sites, consider creating a new Firefox or Google Chrome profile, since your current browser user profile may be corrupt. same thing happens with me. this internet connection bug is on your side Ubisoft because I can access all other websites I go to but when I go to play House, MD Critical Cases, I get the same lost internet message. please fix it.
