Store Glitch Lost the gun I just purchased and my money LOL.

This has happen to me twice with different guns first was an assault riffle paid 1500 RP and clicked on it and boom got it then error window came up. To add insult to injurie I also lost my RP money. Tonight same thing happen spent all afternnon and evening to buy a shotgun 2700 and boom same issue lost my money and the gun. So UBI you owe me a total of 4200 RP.

Have you checked your inbox? If your inventory is full, items bought in the store will be automatically sent to your inbox.

I have 6 slots open. Goy an error window after I purchased the gun.

Yes...right now anything I buy uses up my RP points and gives me error and gives me nothing...why? Now I can't buy ANYTHING useful or upgrade anything or purchase guns. I bought a SRS Sniper rifle and it said error, all my RP gone and I got nothing??? I went to buy grenades...Error nothing....???

This happened to me a while back as well. I also could not open match rewards (rares etc), socket my socketables (armor). Also further purchases did the same thing - took my RP and didn't give me any items. restarting the game did not help. I had to play another match and it seemed to repair itself, but I never did get credit (refund or items) for the items I attempted to purchase.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your inv. Can you get a screenshot of the errors you are receiving and send that in as a support ticket? There may not be a lot we can do at this point being that it is the beta phase, but error screenshots will help us make sure that this is not an issue when we go to Open Beta. Thanks!

Yea...it doesn't matter....I was looking forward to trying out some new guns but since the beta is going to end soon...what's the point.

It;s a blue dialog box that states Unkown Error. Fairly straight forward.
Very difficult to match the play of the opposing team/players when you can't upgrade to match them.
Two nights in a row for me; too bad.

Yea...they gave me 2000 RP points back and I bought my intended sniper rifle and yes...it made alot of difference. Of course I've also seen better guns...but this was a big step up from the 1st sniper rifle.

Never got my RP back but had a boat load of items in my inbox LOL. I'll tkae free stuff LOL. Anyway I did make enough in phase two tonight to purchase the gun I wanted so easy come easy go. Had fun tonight thanks.

Did all that selling and what not to no avail. Customer Service has advised me to uninstall the game then reinstall. Not sure what happens to all my stuff if I do that? Waiting for a reply from the CS folks before I do that.

Actually it didn't help with the grenade bug. I can buy guns and everything else but nades sit there and keep loading but I cant use the good ones. I can use the timed ones but not always the big impact ones....they just don't show up in inventory so I have to just sell em....I've wasted like 1000 on nades that I could never use.
