Classic Mode/Maps?

Will there ever be a 'Classic Mode'? Will there be map packs? I think there should be a classic gametype where all the futuristic stuff is turned off, and it's just a bare-bones GR with a cover system. Don't get me wrong, I love the new futuristic stuff - didn't think I would, but it really helps when up against campers or tough spots (charging with a shield, putting up the forcefield, whatever); it works well and doesn't really feel forced in my opinion.

If there was a map pack or two that had several maps from GR1, or GR: Island Thunder, or GR2, or really any previous GR maps, I would happily buy it in a heart beat. Especially if there was the classic mode. Am I the only one that thinks this?

Either way, this game is amazing, I'm not let down at all.

That could be fun, I don't know if you'd call that "classic," but I personally feel like the abilities are what set GRO apart from being another shooter in a saturated genre.

Keep in mind all the abilities are based off of existing tech. ;)

Like I said, it could be fun, though!

when I play, it feels like Ghost Recon 2, mixed with GR:AW, mixed with futuristic/existing tech. I was addicted to GR2, so that would explain why i like this so much haha

Haha, that's awesome! I'm insanely addicted. Even in my personal time this weekend I was playing Ghost Recon Online :)

I do have to say that even the Specialist's bubble is based off current tech :) Granted, that tech is a missile defense system for aircraft carriers, but it's real!
