The House game has been updated with a lot of new bug fixes. I would like to take the time to thank each and every one of you who reported bugs during this Closed Beta phase.

Zoom functionality and UI element removed. You can now play with zoomed in browsers.
Blood work mini game UI changed (play area and info window swapped)
When you purchase all themes there is now a message to that effect in the themes tab on the store
[Clinic] : The clinic patients now display the right image for the lab.
[House MD] The game now prompts users to download flash player when the game fails to load.
[Store]: Now the background can still be interacted with while the store window is opened.

My whole family plays this game, I was the last to join, and the first time I played I skipped through the patient story quickly and didn't treat him because I was just returning a gift...
Then later - yesterday and today when I tried to play, I watch through the story, I get to the hospital but the ambulance doesn't come. When I try to access it through the story board, ti says that it is locked. Also, although I've added my mother as a colleague, and I can see her on my board, she can't see me on her board.

i am unable to add anyone...and have tons of friends on facebook...now my game will not load..just shows a white screen..i am so confused..i love this game and would like this fixed please

After having the bug fixes implemented into the game I'm having problem with my energy not refilling. Before i would get 1 energy every about 4 minutes.. now i don't get anything at all so i can't play the game. I can't even get any energy from friends as gifts because i'm not in Aus and as i understand it only people in Australia/NZ something like that can exchange gifts.. PS to the people like CherFortin.. thats also the reason why you cant see your friends and add them in the game... im sure as they expand the beta game they will open those features world wide.. till then we gotta suck it up and work a bit harder then the people living in the game region.

i havent been able to get onto the game in about a week...the game has been shut down a few times for matenance but still i cannot get onto the game.. i get as far as the loading screen..thats it..sits there for hours... deleted cache to see if that would make a differece..but no.. still nothing.. i really enjoyed the game when i was able to get on.. but im gettin tired of tryin over and over and nothing

What started out as only one son not being able to play past the first scene (no patient came after the storyline)- has now affected all but one of the 4 of us in our immediate family.
I was at level 19, (I think) and all seemed fine on my profile, until one day it just didn't load for me.
I continued to play under another family member's facebook account- until about 2 days ago, it also wouldn't load. It was strange because I played through my energy, closed the game... then remembered I wanted to go back and do a pharmacy order... but it wouldn't load- even though I was still on the same computer, same system (a PC using Firefox). My husband's game continues to work on Mac and PC, Safari, Explorer and Chrome.... it doesn't seem browser/computer specific, it seems to be profile specific.
I have reported these bugs already on the fan page - but I wanted to report that it is growing, not getting better.

Well, this could officially be the final straw... today my husband's House game stopped loading on his profile. (another family member stopped 3 days ago, and mine stopped loading several days ago) It just freezes on the front screen. What was odd was that even when mine wouldn't load, his would load on the same computer.... until today.
So, now EVERYONE in my family has a glitch... 3 of us can't load at all (Happened one by one), and the 4th can load the game, but the first patient never comes to the hospital.

AS much as i love this game,,theres to many issues with it ,,i realize you have to run in beta for a while,to figure out what needs fixing and tweeking beta is now closed these issues we are bringing forward now are issues that were happening in beta,,,a few issues have been resovled and some still unresolved,,I think for all involved your best bet is to shut down for good,,and come back with more experienced programmers,,I know nothing about programing and apologize for my previous comment ,,but looking at all the games that have appeared on facebook ,and there are alot of very lame games same games diffrent names,,just wasting space on the servers games,,,it looks like any joe blow can make a game

I have not been able to play the game now for 5 days. I am stuck at the loading page. I can get in gifts and messages but not the game. It just loads and loads. I would LOVE TO FINISH playing this game. Someone please help. I tried clearing out my cache and that didn't work. I didn't have any problems until when I tried to add people. I just want to play the game. Someone please fix it or tell me what to do. Thanks

I disagree. I think HOUSE is actually unique among all the games on facebook right now, and I was really enjoying playing. I like the patient storylines, and the mini-games (although having more minigames in the future could add variety) Sure the bugs are annoying, but I hope they fix them soon.

Hi, I added a ticket just a few minutes ago.
I played to about level 2, as my energy depleted and gave the game a break. Turned it off, played something else, and maybe a couple hours later I came back to my energy in the negatives, and I mean deep in the negatives. Deeeeeeep in the negatives. It really sucks, cause I'm a big House fan and this game has such great elements to it, that makes it a quality game.
Hopefully you guys can help me out.

since last night ive been having skippy lag will run smooth for about three seconds then its like every pauses for a second or two then back to normal then pause over and over makes the game unplayable ive updated flash, checked for firefox updates tried running it in internet explorer restarted the computer even looked for driver updates for my graphics card thus ive decided the issue must be on yalls end any info or help would be apprciated thanks

same lag problem here, it must a java/flash problem, game gets corrupt, cant be saved, and cant be reinstalled.

I MISS playing but am becoming majorly frustrated.

i think the problem you are having is that you are clicking on the equipment and not the patient.

it says 0/6 and its recharging not upgrading.... still got 600 plus hours to recharge.

Still cant play the game due to 700 hour wait times on 5 minute meds in Pharmcy and 730 hour wait times on Doctors in the ward. I've reported it, havent heard a response.

Everytime I get to level 2 the game freezes up. When I close out and come back to the game I have to start level 1 all over again. It seems like a very good game and I really can't wait to play more of it but I have played level 1 maybe 5 times because of this issue. I have cleared my cache. I really don't think my computer is the problem. Please fix bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reported this on the survey for the bloodwork machine, but then noticed it for dr Taub too. It seems there's a timer problem.... Dr Taub reset his time after the last "consult"... maybe a couple of days ago...so that today I noticed he has something like 2200 hours until he's available again (instead of 22 hours?) And the upgrade I bought for my bloodwork machine earlier this week is now counting down from about 2200 hours as well...

about to delete the game. No response for reported bugs, broken links for reporting them.. link they've given me just loops me right back to the forum - no clear way to officially report them.. Cant accomplish anything in the game because of 700 hour wait times on doctors and pharmacy, cant add friends. Haven't been able to play in over a week now.
I realize the game is in beta an free... however, good communication is key in keeping people wanting to play your game. if I cant get info or communication in the 'free' version, I definitely don't want to risk putting money into it later.

General bug needs fixing: game is lagging so terribly that I would miss every other cell in the blood work mini game, sometimes miss the heart rate, and matching MRI's matches don't go up on time or lag that you have to reclick. Please fix ASAP. Or at least explain why it lags. Is it because you're a higher level so you have more clients and it uses up processing power or something?

I was replaying through one of the cases and I resuscitated my patient. When I went to click on him to do the next action required, it told me to resuscitate him again. So I did, and I clicked on him again and it said to do it again. At this point I reloaded the web page to see if this would sort it out and register when I resuscitate him, but when it reloaded, my patient had disappeared. I have tried reloading again, but he is still not locked. When I clock on the white board, it tells me to resuscitate my patient, but he isn't there!! :confused:

upgraded one of my meds and my MRI machine this morning. Now they are both showing 700+ hours for upgrade. When I did the math that equals to just over 29 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont have the time to wait THAT LONG for a game to work like it should

I can't treat any of my patients in the blood lab, and I treated about 6 or 7 pharmacy patients and didn't get the supplies.

Consider yourself luck Marshmellow... I can't even use my Blood Lab because there's a guy sitting in the chair and I can't do anything with him. When I click him, nothing happens. Grrrrr....

Hi, I cannot fix the patient at the blood work machine. When I click on the patient, the screen moves a little and that's all. The game of the machine does not start. I cannot take another patient to the blood work machine because there is this other patient, I cannot fix. I cannot proceed with the game like this. Can you recommend any solution for this? Thank you.

We should be introducing a fix shortly that should address the blood lab issue. Note that there are a whole bunch of threads on the same issue, so we are very aware of the problem. Thank you for your patience.

my wait for my blood machine upgrade was 2400 hours. Still waiting- it's now down to about 1200... today I just checked in to see if the bug was fixed , but it is not. (I reported it in every possible forum, including that official bug report)

My game has become impossible to play. The lag/jump looses seconds at a time, so both the blood and the matching game are impossible. My pharmacy is clear, so that isn't the issue, and I clear my cache every time, so that isn't it either. I can't earn dollars, and every time I try and request items, the game freezes completely and I don't get to request. This has been a problem for months, and no one has answer. It's ridiculous.

Hi I have the same problem in case 5 Ted I cant get him to resuscitate. Did you ever get the problem to fix and if so any help you could give me.

The developers are aware of the Resuscitation issue, unfortunately, it seems to be affecting multiple players. They are working on it, although there isn't a time frame as of yet.
They are asking players to submit a ticket and I do see some of you have already done so, which is great.

Well that does not sound too good at all. When you have the time, please contact Support regarding these issues. I have provided the link below. They will be able to offer you Suggestions and Troubleshooting.
For the profile with the missing patients, this is a known issue amongst multiple players, unfortunately and the developers are working on a fix, but they do not have one at the moment.
For players who are not interested in waiting for the resolution, Support has offered to reset their game and provide a bunch of free stuff. If this is an option for you, please contact Support at at https://secure.ubi.com/register/Login.aspx
Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.

I have tired to fix this problem with your fixes. It still doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this. I am not going to buy anything so if it doesn't get fixed I will quit playing. There are many others that have the same problem.

Please contact support at http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/ask, so they can look into this for you.
Once you register with Ubisoft, click on Support, then choose Support again from the drop down. Then you will see a bar that says Platforms - select Facebook Games, then you will see "Ask a Question", then select Facebook Games - and House will appear under that list.

When I contacted Ubisoft Support about my issue of being unable to resuscitate my patient, they asked me to reset my game but I chose not to because I didn't want to lose everything I earned in the game. They also said I could wait until you guys fix the bugs which I will chose.. Then u guys had an update to fix bugs but I'm still having the same issue for about 2-3 months. I have been patiently waiting for you guys to fix this bug. I attached a few pictures of my issue where I cannot resuscitate my patient, it asks me to over and over to resuscitate my patient.
This is what Ubisoft support said:
"Hello Jesse,
Because of the nature of the bug you encountered, we are offering game resets along with a compensation package to affected players. The compensation package consists of the following items:
-20 of each med
- 20 of each item
- 2000 Budget
- 5 House Credits
- 5 Smoothies
- 1 Panacea
Please remember than an account reset will remove all progress and purchases. If you would like to proceed with an account reset, just let us know! The items will be awarded once you re-add the application after your reset. We will be glad to refund any and all purchases with appropriate transaction numbers or proof of amount of purchase.

Im on level 57 so not worth re-setting,.. so please can you fix the bug which is somehow making patient be resuscitated over and over again .. been nearly nine months now and would really like to play this game again. thanks

I am at a point that this game is worthless since I still can't Resuscitate my patient. And it appears no one cares since its been over 6 mos that I have had the problem and there are other player that have been in the same place for almost a year. I have grown tired of reading the same garbage of you are working on it. Perhaps you need to get a new crew of programmers and stop collecting money for any of the extras in the game and until you fix the game offer more freebies to everyone. Yes, it's costly but guess what the longer this bloody game does work the more people who use to play will spread that it isnt worth playing because of the bug. FIX THIS ALREADY

Hi guys,
They are still working on these bugs, but it's taking time. We believe that it is related to a loss in connection, most commonly associated with a slow internet connection. If you contact support we can talk to you about it on an individual basis and work out what's best for you. In general, make sure that you aren't running a lot of other applications in the background, torrenting, streaming videos etc.. as this can slow your connection and result in losing your patient.

Where can I get help for a bug I'm experiencing? It's really frustrating. I've sent a question, I've posted in this forum, and nothing seems to be getting a response. What hoops do I need to jump through to get somebody to pay attention and fix my game so I can play? Or is it preferred that I just quit the game??
