Game pad/controller compatibility

Will there be any support for game pads? It would be a WAAAAY more popular game if you can add a game pad/ or Microsoft controller. Hell, even support with MOTION JOY.

I'm all for proper gamepad support. While I do use a program to map keyboard controls to my gamepad, it's not nearly as smooth or nice as proper gamepad support.

If you have a 360 controller plug it in before you start the game. It should work. Its currently an unofficial / unsupported feature.

I've been trying to figure it out.. MS 360 controller attached, connected.. but the game doesn't seem to recognize. Can't map controls, etc.
