connecting to game?

have tried to play game,but msg comes up that says,you must have internet explorer installed,(which i have)also must have .NET framework 3.5 sp1 installed,which i also downloaded from site?still can't connect to game???

go in the ghost recon folder and open the launcher as admin > rightclick on it and start as admin
