Any idea what flag this is?

See image below. I found it at a thrift store in San Francisco about 7 years ago or so and hung it up on my wall. I've always wondered what it might be for, it's kind of cool looking. I'm assuming it's for some obscure town or region in Europe. I've tried using flag databases but nothing comes up. Any ideas?

Snapped a pic of it with Google Goggles or Picture Search and it instantly came up with the "Oberhausen Wappen".

Can you get a clearer pic of that, LF, particularly in better light? I'm using the google app on my iphone to take a pic and then google searches for similar images but cos of the lighting it's getting lots of false matches.

It's a coat of arms of Vyazniki (Вязники (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%92%D1%8F%D0%B7%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8)), a russian town.

Lucky Ted got in, cos the google miracle app couldn't work it out. Kept linking to similarly coloured paintings and bookcovers.
Amazed its a Russian town with those colour (despite text).
