Idea: Resources as well as Money from Territories?

What about when you purchase Territories to enhance your currency, you also receive random "chance items" from each - for example, a mine could supply you with tin (a very rare material) or perhaps semi-precious stones?

I've only unlocked some of the buildings so I don't know what you provide, but I think a Lumber Yard (timber) and Plantation (foods) might be good additions as well.
