Problem: Assassin's Creed II and Xinput1_3.dll

Hi guys. I need your helps. First... Sorry for my English, I'm from Spain.

I bought Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood yesterday. I've installed II, but, when I'm going to play, I have this error:

"Xinput1_3.dll" is not designed to run on Windows or have an error.

I updated the game, DirectX, downloaded the .dll from Internet and reinstalled... But the problem appear. I don't know what to do. Please, help me!

I have the same problem in Brotherhood. :(

Update drivers for your soundcard and graphics card. Let know if helped.

Also would be nice if you could post specification of your computer/laptop: cpu, gpu, ram, windows.
