Project Legacy- WTF is going on?

I used to play PL a lot. Sometime last year, early last year, I stopped playing because I reached level 50 and did all the memories. So today, I decide to come back after what, a year? And I see nothing has changed?
DDS 2.0 is still 'coming soon', the science pack is still 'coming soon'.
I check the holiday memories, yet they all say 'coming 2011' except for the first one. Well, it is 2012 now. Bit late, no?
Is there something wrong with my game or has the game been forgotten and abandoned?
