Plz help my Multiplayer keeps saying that the server is unavalible and i bought this game for it coop:(

Hi, there are many reasons this may be happening, please contact support and they will be able to troubleshoot with you.

Are technical support answering all these questions? Why don't they just have better notices on the launcher, or tweet them, or whatever - when the servers are unavailable? So they can answer my CD Key issue ticket in a shorter (and still counting) time of 24 hours.
