AC Brotherhood Investments

[Dorkasauras]

So i bought this game when it came out and beat it and then uninstalled it. I reinstalled it today and started working on finishing the towers and unlocking all the shops and when i try to put some investments into the different stores it says it is offline. I can't figure out why because I am not playing in offline mode. Anybody have any ideas on how i can fix this? I also have the newest patch and everything.
