The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTSoD4BBCJc)

Prometheus (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrF7JNLWyIw&feature=related)

And this one as well:

John Carter (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Rf55GTEZ_E&feature=related)

I'm not all that enthusiastic about the choices they made about who they cast for the John Carter and Deja Thoris roles, but I'll have to watch the actual movie before I judge it.
At least they finally making a movie of it after all these years! Then again, hopefully they won't f*ck it up in the process.... (crosses fingers)

i couldnt get over how ******ed it was

dont go see it ill wait till the movie is released then go see it then ill decide whether to sh*itcan it in the ******ed bin or buy the dvd or not

when i saw the star wars trailer it was on a bw tv i thought it was stupid and corny like the old buck rogers serials and id never waste a hard earned two fifty to see that crap

i got talked into going to see it i really liked it afterwards and i still watch it occasionally on dvd to this day

because the trailer was stupid i almost missed a good movie back then

no, not the trailer - that looks awesome

i mean the original Alien movie - really stupid sequence of events & behaviours leading up to when the face hugger jumping off the guy & running away

That's the way most movies are, where if logic was actually used during the course of events in a movie, the movie would last maybe 15-20 minutes instead of stretching it out to the usual 2 hours or more duration. For example:

How The Lord of the Rngs Should Have Ended (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yqVD0swvWU&feature=relmfu)

The same thing goes for Bladerunner. Come on, they send only one ordinary guy to hunt down and 'retire' four Replicants who happen to outnumber, are definitely stronger and arguably smarter than the lone human who is hunting them? If the Replicants were such a potential problem, then why not have several or more special kill teams ready to roll whenever the problem arose where they could locate, pin them down and turn them into tomato paste real quick?

In spite of the apparent absence of logic, Bladerunner is still one of my favorite movies.

Bladerunner... wasn't there a cop also looking for the replicants? (he also played in miami vice and the new battlestar gallactica series).

Great movie (or should I say classic movie) with Dutchman Rutger Hauer.
