I know that random disconnections from servers while playing is a common issue expected to be fixed, but mine is different. Thing is i have two hard drives - the first (where the OS is installed) has the ubi game launcher and the second has the game. The first is an old IDE hdd and has max 80gb of total room, the other is a SATA hdd and is many times bigger.
The problem is that my game keeps crashing from time to time, and that gets me pissed off when i'm on a roll for some good points, just to see they're all for nothing as soon as my computer crashes. This has happened very often.
Now i'm not some techgeek, but i'm suspecting that it's a hdd issue since the game launcher (first hdd) and the game (second hdd) have to work simultaneously, there might be problems (all other hardware and their drivers are OK by the way).
So my question is this:
Is it possible for me to move the game launcher to the second hdd without f**king things up, and by that i mean - will i be able to play just the same? Is there a difference where it is installed?
I could use some help on this, because i stopped playing this for some time just because of this issue, but i'm probably considering on getting a newer hard drive anyway, but any help on this would be grateful.
