View Full Version : RUSE not recognising my ubi.com account?

Hello all, I just bought RUSE off of Steam, and was confronted with a login or register screen. I created a ubi.com account, the one I am currently using, and am told by the game when I try to log into it to: "Please enter a valid username"

Anyone know whats going on, and how to sort this out? Do I just need to wait a while for it to be authenticated?

If you are in North America, you can contact us for issues with your Ubi.com account. For account issues, we will need you to call in to verify your account information.
