CD Key 4 Multi Not Working

I just bought Chaos Theory and when trying to submit the CD key... I noticed it doesn't fit in the litle boxes. On the inside label with the key, it has one number consisting of5 groups of 5 characters, and then there's another number underneath that with 2 groups of characters (6 and 3 characters.) I used the first (normal number to install the game. But when I try to enter that into the ubi.com thing... it has five boxes, but it cuts off the first 5 digits and only allows 4 in there. Making it impossible to enter the rest properly. (I hope that makes sense.) So... how do I enter the CD key? And what's that other number under the CD key for?

The CD key for SvM(multiplayer) starts with SC3.
