Well if my crappy Geforce 4 MX 420 can run it with 30-80 frame rates, Im pretty sure the 9500 can run it with out a doubt. Well just look at the benchmarks reports of youre card with Unreal Tournament 2003, Give or take 10-15 frames Youll have a rough idea how it will run.

Your gonna end up paying out the *** for the Alienware system. I'd go to www.ibuypower.com (http://www.ibuypower.com) and buy one from there or even better, build your own. Alienware rips you off so much with their prices.

You could save so much money buy building your own, and what you would buy with the money would be even better. So, if you look at the system that you want from Alienware, then go out and put together the same system from say Microcenter, you'll save money. And when you see what you have saved, you could use the extra to further top out your system, say with 2g of Memory and a Tight A$$ Monitor.

I cant wait to (possibly) get my Alienware Area 51 - M damn, thats gonna be sooo sweet. But I agree, they are a bit pricey though.

this game runs fine, i love it, dont get any of the bugs, and refuse to diss any the UBI people, (not sucking up ) so save the flames. Games like this is why i pay 4000 for a comp every few years. i love the co op team work, and adverse teamwork... but no one can convince me that this is a bad game..

Alienware sucks. They claim to be the Ultimate Gaming Machine. How can they be so "Ultimate" if they offer a total of two cases? I'd go with a company like Falcon-Northwest over Alienware. Sure, they cost more. But you get what you pay for.

yea you're right alien sucks i just got RvS installed on mine and played some different maps, the lowest FPS i got was on oil refinery and 100fps on the low end does suck /sarcasim

I don't hate them, they are REALLY good systems. I just don't care for the "SHOW OFF" way some are posting. And I apologize for my previous post, was not necessary, but too late now! The systems do ROCK and your right I would not turn one down if given to me. My point, and I should have been a bit less sarchastic previously, is that if you tear down the machine and go out search the web, find the parts, you can build the system (probably less the alien looking case, as I don't know if those are sold seperately) for WAY WAY cheaper than it is sold for. Yes you get 3 year service, but then it is through an outside vendor that is probably going to take a week, at minimum, to get fixed. Once again they are good systems and I am sure he will have a blast with it.

Fear-51: It's called "thinking". Learn it, love it, use it next time before you post. I have a steady paycheck, I also play airsoft but money has never been an issue when buying a computer. I could afford 3 alienwares, but do I buy them? No. Hell an alienware is a great system but any computer is just as good as another with the same parts in it. You pay your extra money for a name, and nothing more. When you build a computer, pride goes into it, and when you finally boot it up it's really exciting to see if all the jumpers and wiring is set up right. My case looks cooler than an alienware one, lighting up on the inside, 4 fans, LED display on the front, and a sliding motorized panel that moves along the front, covering/uncovering the drives. Cost me 60 bucks from mwave.com (highly recommended sight btw)
