In the second video, you can hear a women's voice speaking. She says something like "can you ID confirm, the codename is 'Neptune'?", then the audio cuts out. This is at around 1:12 - 1:15 btw.
Any thoughts?

yeah, my thought is that is the first half of the identifier. he reply's with the word "garden"
