Hey

If you watch the video on the US site at www.brothersinarms.com/us, (http://www.brothersinarms.com/us,) wait until the part where there are men standing in a steaple on a church, and when a soldier gets sniped you hear a soldier yell "SARGE!". Now I predict that Plt. Sgt. Hassay, will in fact get either injured or killed at this time..

On the other hand, you are also a SGT, but Hassay is a PLT. SGT, therefore stateing that it could you being shot, preferbaly injured.

I may be wrong, but I probably am. Only looked at it for a second.

Well...he fell off the steaple. I think that whether the bullet that went through his heart injured him(sarcasm) or killed him(most likely) wouldn't matter since he fell 50 feet to a cement street.

If all or most of your troops get killed at the 1st level, will they get replaced by the same "looking" troops or will the replacements have different faces and names?

Instead of dying, they get wounded instead, and they're ready for the next mission. They die, its part of the story.

Team mates: If men that are important(have a big roll or something like that) to your squad die befor their "time has come", they will returne on the next level/map. Men that are NOT vital to your can die and they will NOT come back on the next map, they are gone forever

That is an extract from another thread, that roughly sums up the team mate death situation.

yea but only guys important to the storey dont die any one else can die if they are not important to the story and yea seing as his head jerked forward and you kinda heard like a ping noise im guesing he was shot in the back of the head and he fell of the church so yea he probably died but it seemd to me like the guy yelled NO! not SARGE!

Yes, but PiefChenis is saying that whether it when through his heart, head or knob, he fell 50 feet to the street, only difference would be he would have a saw knob before his death

Dead either way.

so what everyone is saying , if team member 1 2 and 3 and not suppose to die until "level/mission 10" ...

Then no matter if they are run over by a tank shot 100 time and hit by x amount of grenades and mortor shells, the will not die but lie there just wounded and be back ready for the next mission..

Ive seen a post where it looks as though the poster has played this game (xbox) and with what he said about not even being able to jump over a two foot high fence to flank the enemy because the devs waht to push you in a certain direction and now this! If feel though the game will be really good! A lot of people I think are hold to high an expectation level for the game and its gameplay!

I did see a post where one of the Devs said that they tried to do the "Blocking Off" as natural as possible "high hedges and so on" but not being able to get over a low fence, mean that like it or not parts of the gameplay are linaer though its as the dev said its being done as naturally as possible..

I thought the blocking off would be so you could not walk from one village to the next and I know there has to be limits but within the MAP area you should be able to attack or flank in any direction you choose.. but you'll not be able to do that within the Map/Mission area!

The maps allow you to use a large ammount of area for your (and the enemies) tactics, but as you said yourself, this has a limit, we will have to wait and see exactly how much space we have got.

also, Randy has said that some places that you can't go on blocked off by barbed wire fences or other road blocks, he seems to think they have pulled it off well, and that it looks good. then again, he would http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif again we will have to make our own minds up on that one.

Sorry, didnt feel like reading posts above. But I can answer how they will die. The death is like Halo2, the "RAGDOLL" so to say. Its going to be very realistic.............

Maybe, just maybe (this is a hypothesis), they mean the IMPORTANT characters are the characters that are vital to the plot of the story. Thus saying this, maybe people like Pvt. Allen can actually die.. maybe, maybe not. I'm probably wrong though.. :|

Does it really matter? After playing the game a few times you banish it to 'the shelf' *scary sound* anyway.
