Did you guys read this in the IGN blog? Sounds ****ed up:

"So, here's something you might not know – the Promise Hand is run by a man named Gabriel Merino. The media is calling him ˜Skin Coat' on account of the fact that he is rumored to flay the skins off his POWs, and fashion the strips into crude leather, from which he makes his ˜coat'. He's one sick son of a gun. Thank God you're going in to kick his ***, eh?"

Are there any pics of him anywhere??

I think that's actually political propaganda, much like how you've been told you are fighting rebels, you are actually invading their country.

There are some pretty messed up people out there, but I reckon Skin Coat has been slightly exagerated.
