Sincerely I would like to help you, but without an original copy of the game, I have no idea how UPLAY might work.

Thanks anyway saikotek. but does it affect the patch cause it says not compatible

i bought it in the mall and costs 300 philippine peso and equivalent to 6.95 USD. the pirated ones cost 100 each

If you own a retail copy of the game, then you should contact support, Uplay is not available in every region - so that may be why it's not listed.

Try looking at www.uplay.com (http://www.uplay.com) - sign in and it should say if Uplay is available in your country.

If it's an illegal version - then you are on your own.. sorry.
