Ive been playing RvS since it came out. Never had any problems other than the obvious with it. All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago, Smoke began to lag me terribly. "never happened before" As time has past, it has worsened....now mist, smoke, gas, even the small amount of smoke from a grenade makes my mouse lag like crazy....i have even noticed it drifting up and to the right without any movement on my part. Last night, i was getting severe mouse lag when i would look through my scope. I have done everything short of reinstalling the game to remedy this....vid drivers "Catalyst 7-93-030812a1-010735c...heard the new ones were no wueno" Hoping someone can tell me how to remedy this problem. It just doesnt make any sense to me...my fps is blistering fast....go figure?????

reducemouselag=True - in your ini file.

Did you update to the Catlyst 3.8? I had a problem with those to. Try the 3.7's if that's the case.

Oddly enough, I had the opposite problem. A few weeks ago when I went to the omega 3.7's, my framerate dropped like a rock because of smoke effects compared to what it had been. The omega 3.8's came out and bang, things were smoother than they had ever been before. Of course, I am running an 8500 64mb...
