POP the sands of time is indeed a cool game, which made me feel that my new ATI video card is well worth the money.

but I just got stuck when I reached the "out of the well" part. I knew I had to swing myself from the rope and jump to the white button to swich down the floor and then the gold one to open the door, and I had managed to complete the first task. Howerver, I just couldn't jump back after pushing the gold button. Every time when I jumped back, I just couldn't reach the rope. Seems that it's too far away.

Guys, really need your help. Is there any trick, or could you plz explain some techniques in this jump-push-and-jump-back kinda job? I am playing on PC.

Thanks a lot. Besides, plz forgive my poor English, I'm not a native speaker.

Make sure you are on the bottom end of the rope and time your jump back, so when you hit the wall press jump so he will jump immediatly back

This is the easiest way:
Slide down to the bottom of the rope and start swinging. When the rope reaches the top of it's swing jump and then press R to slow down time, when you jump back to the rope make sure you are directing the prince (with the directional keys) towards the rope. This will make it easier to jump back for some reason. Repeat for the second rope.

Temmie, I made it. It turned out to be quite easy when I tried slowing down the motion, which was suggested by vixman.

My thanks to you two guys.

seems you are all sleeping at this time :P

Sorry that I have ignored your reply.

I have never been to an English speaking country, and have got very few chances talking with a native speaker. All that I learned is from text book, and of course, the games using English. But thank you any way for making me more confident with my English.
