My PC has the following configuration:
P4-2.8GHz
64Mb video card
192Mb RAM
The game works but it is slow. Do you think that can be the low memory?

Yeah, and your graphics card is probably inadaquite, depending on its model.

Given that the game's requirements state that you need at least 256 MB of RAM (512 is recommended, for pretty much everything these days), that's probaly your biggest stumbling point. The video card will probbaly hold you back from running the game at anything higher than the lowest settings, but the RAM is the killer, because you just don't have the space needed to load the game's data into memory.
