I was getting video stuttering and sound looping so I turned most of the video settings down to low or medium. Then I turned down the accelleration on my sound card in DirectX (Run, dxdiag, click on the sound tab and move the slider to basic accelleration). This makes the game playable for me. I tried setting the sound to no accelleration but then the sound was bad...
It's not perfect but it should work until a patch comes out.
