I just got ACR as a xmas present today and entered my code into the PS Store it went through like normal but nothing was downloaded/downloadable. I then seen the back of and seen I had to type it in the in game store but I cannot do so as its already been entered.

At the minute I have yet to receive the Single-player or Multiplayer DLC. Any help would be grateful. Do I need to contact Sony or Ubisoft on the matter?

I have a UK version of the Animus Edition and my account is from the UK.

Any help would be grateful.

It will either be a used, invalid or unregistered code (inwhich case contact Ubisoft) or it will be a PS system error (inwhich case contact Sony).

To be honest, you can't really know which;
contact both.

The same has happened to me, I redeemed it, didn't get requested to download anything and nothing is on the game.. WTF.

I think I will try contacting Ubi first. Isaac500 do you know the best way of contacting them? I know they have an message type support thing but could you hook me up with a link please?

Judging by the number if posts you have you may know one :P If not anyone else know the best way to contact them?

Yeah I'd like to know too, bit of a annoying thing really only got this edition mainly for the two characters, not really bothered about the ultimate armour.

I would suggest anyone having problems submit a question to them and wait a reply for a fix.

Content on Bonus codes, included with certain copies of the game, is an Unlock Code - it may not download any items, it simply unlocks items in the game.

you should be able to find the bonus content if you check these:

Xbox 360 bonus content locations. (http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15789/p/1421)

PS3 bonus content locations. (http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15786/p/1483%2C2355)



If not, please contact Ubisoft support -have proof of the code ready, such as a photo, should they ask for it.

Please use the correct link of support - which is www.support.ubi.com (http://www.support.ubi.com)

If you use any links with dedicated country codes in [en-GB for example] - you may face delays if you don't live in that country.

Well I entered my code as requested and it certainly hasn't unlocked anything. How long does it approximately take to receive a reply/answer to the support questions?

My guess is they are on break at the minute until tomorrow I guess. Don't quote me on that however. My code also unlocked nothing.

I'll assume this aswell, this must be a problem on ubisofts end as it is happening to alot of people, we will have to hope they will be able to sort this mess.

i am also having problems with additional content codes. i have got the AC Revelations special edition, the one that comes with the original AC, abnd i am trying to dwonload the additonal in-game content for revelations, which includes ezios ultimate armour, the crusador skin and the ottoman doctor skin, but whenever i click on extras, and then exclusive content, like it says to in the game, it says it has to exit the game in order to do this, so do, and my console locks up and freezes on a blank black screen. any help guys? thanks

I contacted suport via www.support.ubi.com (http://www.support.ubi.com)
and got a response asking for digital images of my exclusive content code, proof of purchase and game bar code (despite the fact that I sent these in the original message lol...).
I'll let you guys and gals know how it turns out.

I got the same message last night, and had to supply the proof of purchase, etc. got this response this morning:

I'm still waiting to hear back from them after one message. I just want this sorted so I can enjoy the game. The likely hood of me going back just to play around with the amour and extra mission is unlikely once I finish the game.

Support has reported here (http://www.facebook.com/UbisoftSupport) that

The content is currently unavailable. The AC Teams are currently working to resolve the issue and once there is new information we will let you know.
In the meantime, please make sure you do contact Ubisoft Support and let them you are having an issue.
