Hi,
Did anybody have a problem with loading old saved games played in the SH4 and wanted to continue in the "U-Boat missions" ? I just only wanted to play my career built in an original game. Is it possible to load original career to "U-Boat Missions" ? Thanks.

Hello Bohaatstvo,
As far as I know you can not play saved games from SH4 1.4 on the U-boat missions add-on.

Yooperbacker is correct, it is not possible to load saved games from v1.4 to the newest version v1.5 or the U-Boat Missions.

Another option you have is to have both SH4 1.4 and the U-boat missions on the same computer.

My old career from 1.4 loaded up just fine and plays flawlessly. The normal caveats apply. Only a career saved in port can be transported. When you are in port, all changes are applied to your new cruise and you're away without a hitch. My old career had fifteen cruises and I am now halfway through cruise 16 in version 1.5 with a laundry list of mods applied.
As long as you load up an in-port save, you should have no problems.
