Just do the actions again. Unfortunately, you will need to start a new game for some of them.

after beating the game, i linked my account to AC2 and got 100 uplay points

As long as your game save is intact you can link the account/profile you completed the game on to Uplay and your points will show up. You may need to connect the game to Uplay for this to update
