Assassin Problem

I have a problem with my Assassins disc when ever I get to a Certian spot it says:
Disc Unreadable...

I did clean it etc. I rented it from Blockbuster so if it was damaged previosly Idk.
Any thing I can do?

Sounds like a laser problem normally, but if it wasn't your disc and if other games run smoothly, it could well be that particular disc. Try getting another copy.
