Anyone video record in game play?

I've got some tricks I'd like to record and maybe put online everyone, when I show people in the game I can have a party of 16 people who had no clue you could do that. So maybe putting it on-line would help people to find and understand how to do it.

I've never done it, but I have an old Voodoo 3500 card that's been dieing to have those abilities used. It's not perfect, but I can plug my Xbox etc into that PC and record the video.

Also there's some great software I've seen for the PC that records gameplay footage (unfortunately it's ONLY pc stuff). I'd have to ask what it is tho.

Well it involves a Wraith tank and a player with who isn't afraid of being charged with a tank, and the other is an energy sword trick.

Perhaps we could setup some time to gather some people for recording? It won't be Red Vs. Blue, but fun to play with. I have video editing software that's being neglected also.

Tho I'd also definately have to test my stuff out first. If it doesn't capture well I may have to experiment by routing the Xbox video through my digital camcorder.

already... Probably they've got some tips for recording. A co-worker was just showing me the "Learning to Fly" trick today. Seems like if you could get that to work in a multiplayer match, you could become godlike in your sniperiffic sky smiting.

It's true, it took me and this team awhile to actually get me to fly but we got 2 snipers on the level and we dominated that is until a rocket found it's way to us.

This is kinda exciting 'cuz it reminds me of playing Godzilla Online. You had the option of playing as a reporter, which is pretty much what I'll be doing.

I just did a successful video capture test complete with audio. Poor computer though... it's been sitting in the basement and is starting to collect rust on the case bottom.

I may invest in a better video capture card just for this purpose. What I was using was an old PII-500. It did 'ok', but I can only imagine the results if I used my good computer for it.

I just watched our first video and laughed.. a lot...

Anyone know of a good place to post it to? it's only 80mb.. I can maybe put it on a torrent or something.. I'll probably edit it smaller.. do the music video thing, add credits, etc
