Hey CSIs - We're aware of the loading and servor issues that some players are experiencing and are actively investigating the cause. We hope to have a fix in place shortly, but in the meantime we'd suggest simply reloading the game a few times, as the server capacity fluctuates within a fraction of a second. Thank you for your patience as we sort this out.

At this time, the best solution is to refresh your browser window and attempt to load the game again. Please do NOT clear your cache anymore as this will no longer help. loading issues for the facebook version is a valid complaint.

however, of equal or more importance, when are we going to get more cases? every other facebook game goes on and on, for instance, my level in another game is 79!

if you are going to have an upper limit, where players cannot play after a finished point, then advertise it as such. because players in facebook do expect the game to just keep going.

please hurry up... since I started t play thisgames I have problems trying to logged in. It always frooze when get to the 68% after that I have to wait 15-30 minutes to continue. Today I wait 50 and counting..

Sue - Thank you for your note. Case Set 6 will be introduced soon, expect more info tomorrow on that. As for an upper level limit, there really isn't one. We've added the ability to Replay old cases. By replaying a case, you gain the ability to earn more XP (including milestone XP), find collectables and stock up on coffee. You cannot go back to search a completed case that was partially searched (ex. 67% searched), but now you can go back and replay an entire case from scratch, which has the added advantages previously mentioned. Please note that restarting a case will not affect your overall progress in the game.

DinaDey - We're still working on fixing this. In the meantime, I'd recommend logging out of Facebook completely and then clearing both your cookies and cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache). If this doesn't fix the load issue you are experiencing, then this is related to the server load. As a server load issue, one or several reloads should get you into the game as the server capacity fluctuates with every second. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

I have been trying to get this game to load all day today..

I have cleared my Cache & cookies, Rebooted my computer, and I continue to still be unable to load this game. The CSI loading screen appears, but there is a "503 Service Unavailable" statement above the loading screen (Which is presently stuck at 44%).

I am sorry but these chronic problems with not being able to load the game are getting very old. Users understand that this is a beta release, but none of the similar beta releases I have dealt with on FaceBook have had continuing, chronic problems to this extent. Your crew really needs to get these problems addressed.

Getting these server/loading issues addressed and fixed is of utmost importance to us warmbear. Rest assured we're trying our best to get this solved as soon as we can.

I got coins to and went to buy energy supplies (50 donuts) - the game glitched and i needed to reload, when i came back the coins were gone, aaaand i had no donuts. This is a bit of a scam, these 'server problems'? can i have my donuts please?

When I try to get the game to load, I am now experiencing random notices that I need to upgrade my flash player (which I do not, it is the current version). Java Script is enabled in my browser, so that is not an issue either.

I had a problem earlier took me almost 3hrs to get on then when i did I click on my evidence that was ready it doesn't load so then I refresh the page and when i get back to it the evidnce that was ready is now no longer ready and I have to wait ANOTHER 6hrs... Getting frustrated with it, just so you know that is one reason why I stopped playing the other games because of all their issues they were having.

my patience is running out, if you have to take a whole day to fix a problem then I'll just remove this game and find something else to do, was a nice effort for a game though, just need to get some better coders!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, reloading is all that can be done at the moment. Server issues are very common as a player base scales up quickly and we are doing everything we can to keep up with demand. Reloading is really the best thing you can do in this situation, as the server capacity fluctuates within a fraction of a second.

For the past 12 hours, I have attempted repeatedly to connect to this game without any success. This is the second such day of being unable to load this game.

Sorry, but I have no more patience with this issue, or with the seemingly unending & unchanging platitudes being issued.

I have been trying to load CSI for nearly 2 days and still am having no luck with it. i have been able to get on this game once since and i have refreshed my page and still nothing.

I got the game loaded and even was able to click 'Start'. But as soon as I tried to go to my lab, I got a pop-up saying there was an error and to refresh my browser. When I did that, I got the following message:
"Error: Too many active concurrent transactions (0), fbID: 1532675474"
My career is working with websites every day. I know the importance of seeing the exact error messages in order to fis the problem. I'm hoping by letting you know, it will help you to resolve these ongoing issues.

These timeouts aren't funny. I lost some ENERGY ROUNDS due the the server time outs and i hate refershing the brownser every 5 minutes!
Since you've done the update there are probelems over problems. Normally you do updates when they are tested?!??!

I know I am having the same issues with loading as everyone else, but just wanted to say, we are being advised and updated accordingly. Let the team get on with fixing the issue rather than giving the moderators greif.

I've played enough games both online, PC, and otherwise to know what a beta is & what you should expect from it, but this is plain frustrating. The other day, I literally spent the entire day refreshing (I honestly had nothing else to do) and still never got in, but my boyfriend got in just fine. Also, in the past day, I've been getting energy boosts but as soon as I pass the Focus Challenge and get the actual coffee, a server error occurs which then takes away not only my coffee but my chance at getting the challenge itself. I've tried clicking the same tile that I previously clicked and I get nothing. It's really frustrating to constantly be receiving energy boosts & coffee but then the server decides to explode and you lose all chance of having it in the first place...

It is just a game & it is in beta period, but like someone else has said, I've played many beta games on Facebook and have never had this many problems just trying to get in and/or stay in the game. I even had to switch to Google Chrome just to play the game because it never loaded in Firefox for me no matter what I did.

I hope this gets fixed soon... If it takes more than a week or so, I don't know if I'll hang around. Sorry to the coders and people working on this game because I'm sure you're working hard, but we don't see anything on our end so it's hard for us to be appreciative when we can't even get into the game.

I've been finding it quite frustrating myself playing the game in the early morning to late afternoon to find myself kicked off and having to reload my browser window due to a server error. I've lost a couple energy bonus rounds that I can remember.

If this is the way it's going to be, then a modification needs to be made as to what happens when we reload our page. That modification being that we have the opportunity to redo squares that we clicked prior to the error so we can attempt to get our energy bonuses again, or give us another way to obtain some coffee (like purchasing it through the store with our funding without having to buy ubicredits as well).

Ok, so I have lost 3 energy boosts while your having server issues, right in the middle of picking the matches I would get an error message...considering it takes so much energy to do anything in this game it really stinks that I am out of those boosts now!! I like this game but still not sure if I will keep playing!! Energy goes fast and each session only lasts like 5 minutes...and u can't even give energy or gifts to friends!!

I'm having a slightly different loading issue since yesterday.
When I try to play I get stuck on the loading screen. It goes to 100% and nothing happens. The 100% stay on the screen and it continues to circle through the characters...

Reloading the page sometimes helps but not allways. (To be fair I do usually give up after having tried 5 or 6 times so it could have worked after the next reload...)

Just letting you know about the bug.
Keep up the great work, the game is really promising.

I see no improvement whatsoever here in server stability. Loading problems continue unabated, as do the seemingly unending server drops.
