Serial number problem

Hi!
I have a problem with my serial number.I have a new graphic card and with it i got RS3:RS.I instaled it upgrade with the newest patch.And when i want to play online i enter serial number on the game case,it says that this serial number is invalid.

Make sure that if there is a question of something being a number or a letter, IE: 1 or L, always go with the number.
