*HELP* city of light ( the tower of Ahriman)

i had the last update of the game downloaded to my ps3.

i got stock in city of light ( the tower of Ahriman) as i reach the crank and Alika dosent help me turning it no matter what i do !

anyone had the same problem here and how to solve it??

ok solved.

seems to be a glitch, as i had to play from an earlier point to get to the same location again and it worked after i try that
