Well recently i bought an xbox 360 controller compatible with windows and so, and i think i has been the best spent money http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif. Since i bought it my gameplay has improved considerably, of course at first locking was madness, and i had to get used to the button configuration. But then i realize i can play more smoothly, and is really confortable to play with, i aproach my targets more faster and can get good kills and chain stuns with kills getting variety bonuses... well is has giving me a lot of insight on how controller players play, and i have switched to controller gameplay myself http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. (tough i still think that locking onto your target is a pain in the *** but i still love the controller lol)

anyway just wanted to share my toughs http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
anybody had happened the same thing?? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Haha happy to hear that!

I am surprised though - aren't mouse and keyboards supposed to be superior than controllers for FPSes? Locking in AC multiplayer is kinda like an FPS (point and click as fast as you can) - so I think, for locking, a mouse would be best.

One thing though is the middle click is annoying - I changed the controls to "F" (like what locking is in single player), and all my woes of locking disappeared!

The locking system with a mouse is a atrocious >:I I much prefer the controller, but I dislike that I tried all of the things Ubisoft listed to fix the connectivity issues with PC and I still can't get a game ;~;

yeah but that's the thing right there, this is not an FPS game... is a third person game... so in this case i prefer controller http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
... yeah the locking with the controller i still can't get quite the hang of it, but i'm getting there.. i agree that locking with mouse is more directly.
