This isn't the first time i've mouthed off and bashed a game that later, after giving it time and learning all the controls, realized my initial impressions were incorrect.
This game is actually a lot of fun now. I just had a KILLER run down Park mountain and found a cool trail that I actually gained a lot of speed on and it was VERY cool!
This is on the 360 btw. I also picked up the Wii version this afternoon and it is a whole different game all together which, in this case, is great because you get your moneys worth (IMO).
The Wii is not an open mountain but it is a lot faster. You boarders on the Wii's version can haul *** down a mountain and it reminds me a lot of SSX. At least in the sense of speed department.
So, I apologize for getting ahead of myself and trashing a pretty decent (360) game. I am hoping the more I play the better it'll get. I bought a board that is almost maxed out on speed and I like it so I am curious as to how much aster the maxed out boards are.
