As far as I'm aware, tomorrow is the last possible release date.

The quickest way to find the 'unlock time' - is to use Steam.
Check the store page for the game and it should give you an approximate time.

i checked there. been seeing that page since yesterday and it says available now and rlease date in 9th sept, but i cant play it.

They should be able to resolve the issue for you.

Posting anything to do with illegal downloads is against the forum rules.
I have given you some practical advice, it appears that your Steam is saying that you should be able to play the game now.. but you can't?
I would contact Steam about the issue and verify that, it may be an error that they can correct.
IF the Steam site gave you the wrong release information for your region, you should complain directly to them.
Release dates are set, but Steam should have advised you of the correct date, unless you have altered the settings in Steam to a different region?
If you continue posting about illegal cracks or downloads on these forums, you will be suspended.
I do not want to do that, since I can understand your frustration but if you continue to ignore my advice and the forum rules, I have no other choice.
If you wish to complain, please do so to Steam - and see if they gave you the wrong information
If after you have contacted Steam, and they have gave you an answer you feel you still wish to complain, you can contact Ubisoft support via the link in my signature.
Please remain calm while posting on the forums, if you wish others to try and help you.

Thank you mr.shade. i highly appreciate your response. I too legitimately bought this game and want to play it legitimately.
Im not advocating the use of cracks or illegal methods, but the very idea of waiting for 41 days got my blood to boil.
btw, the game unlocked today and yesterday you asked me to contact steam support while they replied asking me to contact ubisoft.
what am i? a tennis ball?
I live in japan, ruse came out here on the 9th of september and im playing it now. No idea where this 41 days stuff is coming from
